Last reviewed: 8 October 2026. This notice describes the current PENX5 website and its connected services, operated under the PENX5 brand within 5.com Inc. Group. Company contact and any contract-specific privacy terms should be confirmed directly with the operator before submitting sensitive business information.

What you submit

Buyer analysis: If you use the PEN workspace, the product description, buyer website URL and optional deal context you enter are sent to our analysis service to generate a research brief. Please supply only public buyer information and non-confidential descriptions. Do not submit passwords, customer lists, personal details, confidential contracts or unpublished deal information.

SE Readiness: Answers are evaluated in your browser, and your score is shown without an email address. If you choose to save the result and expressly consent to follow-up, your work email, ten answers, computed score, recommendation, consent and submission time are transmitted for storage.

Service providers

The website runs on Vercel. PEN analysis is currently processed by our existing AppDeploy 1.0.8 AI backend; optional consented readiness results are also stored through the existing AppDeploy readiness service. These are live service dependencies, not yet independent Version 2.0 infrastructure. Those providers may process technical request metadata in their service logs.

Purpose and access

We use submitted deal inputs to deliver an on-demand analysis. With optional permission, we retain a readiness result to respond to a requested follow-up. The product does not send automated sales emails or place outbound calls. Approval of suggested outreach is only an on-screen acknowledgment.

Retention and your choices

A completed readiness score does not require contact information. The exact retention periods and deletion processes for stored lead records must be confirmed in the operator's data retention procedures; do not assume submissions are automatically deleted. You can decline follow-up by leaving the consent checkbox unchecked. Contact the PENX5 operator via your existing business contact channel to request access to or deletion of a saved assessment.

Cookies and measurement

The current PENX5 pages do not intentionally install marketing analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting and security providers may process essential request data or set operational cookies. Your browser or those services may have additional privacy controls.

Scope and limitations

This notice is product-specific transparency information, not a substitute for a signed data processing agreement, a comprehensive regulatory review or your organization's information-security assessment. Do not submit sensitive, regulated or confidential information through the current public application.
